My passion is to work with families, couples and individuals who are currently experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, bullying and parenting difficulties. My work is informed through strategic perspective, which examines how we create patterns in our lives, and our attempted solutions. As such, I believe that each person in the family has equal importance, which why I specialize in families and couples. I see individuals as a part of a large network of relationships. I know that family may not be blood related, so I strongly encourage clients to bring friends as well as family members to sessions.
I am a veteran and I love working with the military and veteran community. I have experience working with soldiers and veterans with PTSD, deployment stress and the challenges of reintegration. If you or a family member are struggling with any of these issues, I would love to work with you.
I create a safe space to talk about tough things openly and free of judgment. Together we will make goals that will help you overcome whatever may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I believe that the story someone lives will determine what solutions they will use. I would love to work with you and your family!
